Spring brings us to Essen — and with it, one of the most important gatherings in the care sector. From 21–23 April 2026, you’ll find Lopital at ALTENPFLEGE, where ideas, innovation and everyday care challenges come together.
This year, we’re not coming alone. Together with our Danish partner Make Rehab, we’ll be sharing Hall 7, Booth 7-429 — creating a space where practical solutions meet thoughtful design and yes, their unique, next-generation cushions will be there too.
💡Designed to mould to the body and stay exactly where placed, these cushions deliver something rare: flexibility without compromise on stability. They don’t flatten, don’t shift, and maintain positioning over time — helping reduce repositioning, improve comfort, and support a more efficient workflow. Skin-friendly, hygienic and quick to clean, they’re built for the realities of daily care.
🔎 A small preview of what’s waiting for you:
🔹The Marina shower trolley that improves ergonomic shower care.
🔹PRE-LAUNCH of a new approach to bariatric care with the Reflex XXL, combining strength, adjustability and intuitive support for both client and caregiver.
🔹And the Lotus stand-up aid, designed to encourage movement, independence and smoother transfers — because small actions matter.
Not everything can be explained — some things are better experienced.
✨ So if you happen to be in Essen… you know where to find us.
At Lopital, innovation is not a one-time step — it’s a continuous journey in pursuit of better care. Because even the smallest improvements can make a meaningful difference.
That’s why our Lotus stand-up aid has been further refined — with thoughtful updates that bring an even better experience to everyday transfers:
🔹Upgraded wheel lock system for more intuitive and secure positioning.
🔹New seating pad lock system for enhanced safety.
🔹Larger footplate for Lotus XL for improved comfort during transfers.
🔹Labeling for better identification and easier assessment of the right Lotus for the right patient.

And for situations where a little extra support is needed, there is the Lotus XL:
🔸Designed for higher capacity (up to 227 kg) while maintaining ease of handling.
🔸Offering more space and stability, without losing its compact, user-friendly character.
🔸 Continuing to encourage active participation, supporting independence in every transfer.

Standing still is never really an option – especially when better is always within reach.
Certain features don’t shout — but they quietly improve everyday care.
Did you know that our chairs with front-lock armrests can be equipped with an optional stop function? It ensures the armrests remain fixed in turned out position. By preventing swiveling, users can safely use the armrests as a stable support point during sit-to-stand transfers.
✔️ Available for: Flexo, Elexo, Reflex, Tango and Timo.
✔️ Can be added as an option – or installed as part of the default configuration.
A small addition – with a noticeable impact.
